1. Return Eligibility
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, manuals, and any included items.
 
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items cannot be returned:
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Digital products or services
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”

3. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, damaged on arrival).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
 
5. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
