1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, manuals, and any included items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized items
Digital products or services
Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, damaged on arrival).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
